Machine tool Life Cycle

The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of the life cycle state of the production machine. The thesis is divided into several chapters. First, the life cycle of the machine is defined, and the phrase used here is given. Subsequently, the work is devoted to maintenance, repairs and modernization of the production machine. Then there is a demonstration of Schaeffler Skalica's corporate structure and individual methods that determine the state of the machine's life cycle. In the next chapter, the machine is described and then the analysis is made for the current state of the machine. Then the analyses created are evaluated.
Predictive machine tools maintenance system with the use of vibrodiagnostics

This diploma thesis concerns issues of predictive and condition based maintenance system of machine tools with using a vibrodiagnostics. It studies and researches its impacts through the basic processes of the maintenance system and characterizes the vibration diagnosis as its tool and mean. There is also described a process of putting condition based maintenance into practice in the practical part of the thesis. The development is realized at Siemens Ltd. Brno with all its requirements and aspects such as a maintenance audit which means the decision on the suitability of condition based maintenance within the current maintenance system, technical analysis as a part of introduction of vibration diagnosis and the practical example of acquiring, recording and assessment of measured vibration. Prior to the end the economic evaluation of the planned predictive maintenance system and the design of the general model of development and implementation of the maintenance system into practice are included.
Proactive machine maintenance system

This bachelor thesis concerns issues of proactive maintenance, which is focused on machine tools. The most common failures and the most widespread methods of diagnostics of machine tools are described in the thesis. There are also described the procedure of Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis FMEA/FMECA, its possible development in the future with demonstrative presentation of application this analysis on CNC automatic lathe. Subsequently, in the practical part there has been chosen, described and appraised diagnostic of vibrations. Prior to the end the process in field of solving of establishment systems of maintenance has been recommended for SMC Industrial Automation CZ LLC Vyškov.
Maintenance and diagnostics of machine tools focusing on vibrodiagnostics, electrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics

Master‘s thesis deals with maintenance and related technical diagnostics of machine tools. Diagnostics methods on which is the thesis focused are vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and electrodiagnostics. Work includes design of diagnostic system and measurement of vibration and electrical parameters of the machining center. Based on given results from data evaluation, further steps in predictive maintenance and usage of technical diagnostics for machine tools are recommended. Within tribotechnical diagnostics, the thesis is based on evaluation of long-term monitoring of process liquid status, which was used in several machining machines. A procedure for the measurement of selected parameters is proposed and periodical liquid status checks are established.

Technological developments in the past centuries, of course, affected the forestry sector too. However, it has to be noted that not all development can be described as operationally suitable. Therefore the aim of the study was to identify construction deficiencies of the farm tractor and forestry extension from the operator point of view, to divide those into the two categories i.e. individual and conceptual, and subsequently to suggest new technological solution leading towards elimination of those deficiencies. Those practical changes should lead to enhancing of the machine reliability (repair ability, maintainability, durability etc.) which is in other words resistance against the load occurring during skidding using farm tractor.

It analyzis the classification of machine and machine parts break downs, followed by the practical part in which a analysis of choosen machines is made. There are sugestions at the end of the work for improving the current situation.
